1. Delivery Arrangements
Delivery of ALANDA Engineering equipment is arranged individually, taking into account the equipment model, its dimensions and the delivery location.
Depending on the destination country and the available logistics options, we use different transport methods and carrier services.
We do not use one fixed delivery method for all equipment and all locations.
We agree transport arrangements directly with the buyer before confirming the order.
2. Transport Costs
Delivery costs are determined individually based on the equipment model, its dimensions, destination country, town or city, postcode and delivery arrangements.
The ALANDA Engineering equipment price displayed on the website does not include transport costs.
The delivery cost is presented to the buyer separately from the equipment price.
Before making payment, the buyer receives information about the total order value, including the equipment price and the agreed transport cost.
The full amount payable is stated on the proforma invoice.
3. Choosing a More Economical Transport Option
We understand that transport costs have a significant impact on the total cost of purchasing equipment.
We therefore aim to select logistics solutions that take both price and estimated delivery timing into account.
At the buyer’s request, we can look for an alternative, more economical transport offer, even if this means waiting longer for delivery.
Finding cheaper transport depends on the offers available from carriers and is not guaranteed.
The selected transport method, agreed cost and estimated delivery timing are confirmed with the buyer before the proforma invoice is issued.
4. Preparing Equipment for Dispatch
ALANDA Engineering equipment is normally offered from the manufacturer’s stock.
After receipt of full payment has been confirmed, the equipment may need to be adapted to the buyer’s agreed electrical configuration, in particular the selected heating power and electrical supply.
Once any adaptation has been completed, the necessary checks are carried out and the equipment is prepared for dispatch.
“Available” stock status does not automatically mean that the equipment can be dispatched immediately.
For equipment marked “On Order”, the estimated fulfilment timeline is agreed individually.
5. Dispatch and Delivery Timing
The estimated order-fulfilment and transport-arrangement timeline is agreed individually before payment is made.
The timeline depends, among other things, on the availability of the selected model, any electrical adaptation and the agreed transport method.
At the buyer’s request, delivery timing may be extended to allow a search for a more economical transport option.
Estimated transit time also depends on the carrier and destination.
If circumstances arise that may affect the agreed timeline, the seller informs the buyer of the situation.
6. Receipt and Unloading of Equipment
Arranging unloading at the delivery location is generally the buyer’s responsibility, unless the parties agree otherwise before the order is fulfilled.
Not every transport option includes a vehicle equipped with a tail lift or assistance from the driver with unloading.
The buyer should provide suitable conditions and the means to unload the equipment safely, taking its dimensions and weight into account.
If the buyer requires delivery by a vehicle with a tail lift or an additional unloading service, they should inform the manufacturer before transport costs are determined.
The availability of these services and any additional costs are confirmed individually, depending on the availability of suitable transport.
7. Transport Damage
When receiving the equipment, we recommend checking the condition of the shipment and looking for any visible damage sustained during transport.
If damage is found, the buyer should, where possible, document it with photographs, report it to the carrier and promptly inform the manufacturer at designplus@wp.pl.
Preparing a damage report with the carrier may help establish the circumstances of the damage and assess the claim.
The absence of a damage report does not automatically result in the loss of the buyer’s rights under applicable law.
8. Warranty and Contact
ALANDA Engineering equipment is covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the date the equipment is delivered to the buyer.
Detailed warranty and complaint-handling rules are available on the “Returns and Complaints” page.
Purchase and payment terms are presented on the “Sales Terms” page.
